Nazneen truly justifies the meaning of her name, she indeed is a beautiful woman inside-out. I was in my gloomiest days when I started my therapy with her, I still very clearly remember the way she welcomed me with a smile, which made it very easy for me to talk about my problems, traumas and pathetic experiences with her. I’ve not only understood the vitality of self love but have actually started loving myself. My defence mechanism has gotten stronger, I’ve recovered from severe High Functioning Depression and am now able to discover new things about myself. Earlier, all of this was an unachievable goal for me and I’d like thanking Nazneen for all that she has done, I want you guys to know that she created a safe space for me by being non-judgemental, polite, respectful and a good listener. She has made me feel valued and I just want her to keep flying high on the wings of success❤️.

After countless thoughts of visiting a therapist, I finally decided to go for one just so that I can be sane. I reached out to Nazneen and was reluctant to open up at first, but she made the whole process so easy for me and soon I just get involved a 100%. She has really good understanding of the field and I appreciate her empathy and guidance during our sessions. I feel so much more aware about myself now and working towards peace.

If not for Nazneen, would have landed in no mans world. A big thanks and sincere gratitude for being an incredible mentor. The therapists at In touch are truly wonderful. Not only do they provide quality care, their vast approach and clarity will be helpful to you irrespective of the issues and concerns. Even if you're someone who's not sure what the problem is, I recommend you go ahead with a session and it will give you results . Nazneen especially has a very gentle yet firm approach to her clients. She has a very good grasp of her subject and will be a good fit for individuals who are looking for answers about their mental health.
